Introducing CalVault 2.0
We’re excited to announce that our customer portal, CalVault, is moving to a new platform on June 30, 2025. This update brings a refreshed interface and several new features while keeping all the tools you rely on.
What’s New in the Updated Portal
Alongside existing features like certificate access and invoice payments, the new CalVault includes:
- Real-time dashboards showing the health of your equipment
- Self-service knowledge base articles for troubleshooting and FAQs
- An updated look and feel
What You Need to Know
- The old portal will be shut down on June 30. After that, all portal traffic will automatically redirect to the new site.
- No data will be lost. All your existing records will be transferred to the new portal.
- You’ll receive an activation email on June 30 with instructions to access your updated CalVault account. Subject line: “Your Activation Email: Welcome to CalVault, System Scale’s Online Portal”
- The activation process includes a required password reset. You will not be able to use your current CalVault password.
