Ship It In. We’ll Take It From There.

You don’t have to be local to use an accredited lab. System Scale’s Little Rock Laboratory accepts ship-in instruments from customers across the country — balances, test weights, force gauges, pressure instruments, and dimensional tools. Pack it, ship it, and we’ll return it calibrated with a NIST-traceable certificate, typically within 3–5 business days. Rush turnaround is available on request. Our field calibration team also serves Arkansas, Mississippi, Tennessee, Illinois, Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, and Georgia for on-site visits — certificates are NIST-traceable either way.

Industries We Serve

The Evansville region’s industrial base spans pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing, food and beverage processing, chemical and petrochemical production, automotive components, and general industrial manufacturing — all sectors where calibration accuracy directly affects product quality, regulatory compliance, and audit outcomes. System Scale’s Evansville Laboratory works with quality and operations teams across this base, from GMP-compliant balance calibration in pharma facilities to force and pressure instrument calibration in chemical plants to precision weight calibration for food processing lines. If your quality department defends calibration records to an auditor, we’re built for that conversation.

Yes. System Scale provides ISO/IEC 17025 accredited calibration services for customers in Little Rock, Arkansas, and across our service region.

Our Little Rock Lab team supports both on-site and in-lab calibration needs, including NIST-traceable calibration and Legal for Trade scale testing where applicable. This helps manufacturers, laboratories, food processors, logistics operations, and industrial facilities maintain compliance, reduce measurement risk, and meet audit requirements.

Both. Our scale and lab technicians can calibrate equipment on-site at your facility, or you can ship or drop off equipment for in-house calibration at our lab. We handle a wide range of precision hand tools, laboratory equipment, and many smaller scales in-house.

Truck and vehicle scale service isn’t part of our lab scope. For truck scale installation, repair, and certification in the Little Rock area, our Little Rock office handles that work.

We’ve been 100% employee-owned since 1995. That means the technician servicing your equipment has a personal stake in the work. It also means we’re not getting acquired or “flipped.” The relationship you build with our Little Rock Lab team is the one that is here to stays.

Yes. Preventative maintenance contracts are available for your calibrated instruments. Scheduled calibration visits catch drift and failures before they affect your process or audit results, and all calibration records are tracked and accessible in CalVault.

Many customers on a PM contract run on a 6-month or annual calibration cycle depending on instrument type and regulatory requirements.

System Scale customers can access calibration certificates through CalVault, our secure online certificate and asset management portal.

CalVault provides 24/7 access to calibration certificates, service records, asset history, due dates, and documentation needed for audits or internal quality reviews. It helps quality, maintenance, and operations teams stay organized without searching through paper files or email chains.

If you need help accessing your account or setting up a login, the System Scale team can assist.

Our ship-in calibration service is available nationwide — and we’ve fulfilled international orders as well. Pack your instruments and ship them to our Little Rock facility; we’ll return them calibrated with NIST-traceable certificates, typically within 3–5 business days.

For on-site calibration, our field team regularly serves Arkansas, Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan, Tennessee, Illinois, and Georgia — including Little Rock, Arkansaspolis, Louisville, Lexington, Cincinnati, Nashville, Chicago, and Atlanta. Rush turnaround and extended service areas are available on request.

All records are stored in CalVault regardless of where service is performed.
