System Scale's Response to COVID-19
System Scale continues to recognize the health and safety impact COVID-19 imposes. We want to assure you that while business will continue as usual, we are continuing to take additional precautions to protect both you and our employees.
In addition to following all federal, state, and local guidelines we also understand that your organization might have various precautions or additional documentation in place during this time, and we will continue to evolve with this situation.
Access to Equipment / Parts / Service
We continue to have no disruption in access to parts, equipment, or applied solutions. As always, we do our best to advise partners to keep a small supply of parts for equipment critical to its operation. We will continue to proactively reach out to customers that could be impacted by any future supply chain concerns and would be happy to discuss whether your specific product is a concern or not.
As always, our field service technicians are available for any of your immediate service needs.
Interaction-Free Onsite Calibration
- Field service technicians complete all information on a tablet while on-site, eliminating the need for paperwork, signature, or even physical interaction. The contact on file is immediately notified via e-mail when service is complete.
- System Scale offers CalVault, a remote asset management tool, free for any service customer. This allows all certificates, invoices, and additional reporting to be viewed in real-time, on any device.
- Software and other custom solutions are also available to help you manage critical equipment remotely.
System Scale also offers instrument calibration services that can be arranged via pickup or shipping. Equipment received is cleansed both prior to and post calibration in a way to not affect performance and then returned to the customer in the desired manner. Pre-calibrated new equipment is also available as well.
As we work through the reopening process together, please do not hesitate to contact us with questions, concerns, or to seek advice on how we can help you navigate your specific needs. We appreciate your business during this time and look forward to continuing to support you.
Stay safe and healthy!
