As of February 1, System Scale is proud to announce the acquisition of Master Scales. This unique acquisition allows one of the largest scale distributorships in the United States to work closely with one of the most respected scale service and sales companies in the Delta to better service our clients. While the introduction process begins, it’s critical for current clients to know a few items:
– Master Scales / System Scale team members will continue servicing your calibration needs. All employees from Master Scales are being retained and combined with existing System Scale Greenwood, MS employees while providing 24/7/365 availability with a four-hour response time.
– Pricing will not be affected. All current pricing previously extended by Master Scales will be honored. All future invoices will come from System Scale.
– Availability to parts will not be impacted. System Scale maintains relationships with all major manufacturers, including being the sole provider to METTLER TOLEDO parts and equipment for the Mississippi Delta and surrounding regions.
– Formal introductions and site visits will be scheduled shortly. Recognizing the relationships built by Master Scales over 33+ years formally introducing all key players is a critical step in the process.
